Preparation
Separate the filling of the cookies and reserve the cookies separately.
Place the cookies in a plastic bag and crush them with a roller until you get a powder.
In a saucepan over medium heat heat the water and add the flour, the salt, the yeast, half the biscuit powder and mix until perfectly integrated, cooks without stopping to move until the mixture detaches from the sides.
Place the mixture in a bowl and add the eggs one by one mixing perfectly, let stand 10 minutes and place the mixture in a sleeve with duya rizada.
In a dish mix the sugar with the rest of the powdered cookies. Reserve.
In a pot heats the oil, press the sleeve and drop the dough, with the help of scissors cut the length you like. Fry the churros for 5 minutes or until browned, remove and sprinkle with the sugar and biscuit mixture.
Melt the frosting from the cookies in the microwave in 10 seconds and place it in a plastic bag. Hollow out the churros with the help of a skewer stick and fill with the melted cookie frosting. Serve and enjoy.
