Ingredients

6 portions
  • 8 grams Splenda, Granulate equivalent to 3 tablespoons
  • 20 grams sugar
  • 175 grams butter
  • 5 grams salt
  • 6 eggs
  • 500 grams flour
  • 20 grams yeast
  • 50 milliliters orange blossom water
  • enough Water, or milk
  • to taste Splenda, Granulated, enough to place on top of the bread (decoration)
  • 1 egg, (decor)

Preparation

Mix the eggs, salt and yeast. Add the flour immediately by 70%. If we have a hard dough to add milk or water (amount necessary), knead for a few minutes until the dough becomes elastic.
Add the butter slowly, once incorporated, add the sugar and SPLENDA® Granular in the same way until you obtain a firm and elastic dough. Ferment to triple its volume.
Refrigerate for one hour.
Decoration preparation: Shape the bread of the dead by decorating it with traditional bone shapes.
Let ferment to double its volume.
Rinse with a little beaten egg. Sprinkle with SPLENDA® Granulate.
Bake for 30-40min at 180 ° C.
