Preparation
Dissolve the unflavored gelatin in a glass of warm milk.
Bring the milk to boil, once it has boiled, lower the heat and add the cream of milk, the dissolved gelatin, 1/2 cup of sugar and a spoonful of vanilla essence. Stir constantly for approximately 10 minutes.
Turn off the heat and let cool. Put in glasses or in mold. Bring to refrigerate for 30 minutes.
