  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cups oil
  • 2 cups flour, sifted

  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup powder chocolate
  • 1/4 cups milk
  • 50 grams butter

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Add the carrots, eggs and oil in a blender and mix for at least 5 minutes. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar and baking powder.
Pour the carrot puree into the mixture of dry ingredients. Place in an 8-inch cake pan and bake for 45 minutes.

Pour the chocolate mixture over the carrot cake.
