Ingredients

12 portions
  • 2 cups corn grain
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup Gloria® butter unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups pancake, sifted

Preparation

Preheat an oven to 180 ° Celsius. Grease a mold and flour it.
Grind the corn grains with the milk in a blender, add the eggs, butter and sugar. Pour this mixture into a bowl and add the flour. Beat very well.
Pour the preparation into a mold and cook for 45 minutes or until it becomes a light golden color.

PRESENTATION

Cut thick slices of the pancake and present it with vanilla ice cream.

TIPS

The corn bread pan tends to stick, even if you grease the mold. I recommend you cover your greased mold with waxed paper.
