This fluffy green tea pancake is a delight that you should prepare as soon as possible. Its rich flavor is perfect to accompany a cup of coffee or a glass of milk. It is perfect to give as well.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 120 grams butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 120 grams flour
  • 120 grams sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon matcha, diluted in water

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 160 C.
Grease and flour a mold between 10 and 18 cms.
Beat butter and sugar at medium speed until well blended; for approximately 5 min. Add the eggs one by one while continuing to beat.
Sift flour and baking powder. Slow down the blender and slowly add the dry ones to the mixture with the butter.
Separate the mixture in 2 and a part add the matcha diluted in water and mix.
Empty one part of the mixture without tea and another tea with layers in the greased container.
Bake for about an hour or until the chopstick comes out clean.

TIPS

You can add cream cheese bitumen and sprinkle some matcha.
