Preparation
Put the butter in the microwave for a few seconds until it is watered, with the consistency of an ointment.
Add the butter until it is fluffy and add the sugar. Add the eggs one by one, beating well between each addition
Mix the flour with the royal. Add the flour to the egg mixture, alternating with the milk. Put the teaspoon of vanilla.
Pour into a well-greased and floured rectangular mold. Bake at 180 centigrade for 40-45 minutes.
Insert a toothpick to confirm if the pancake is ready (it should come out clean). Once it is cold, turn the pancake into a platter and sprinkle with icing sugar.
