Now that it is mango season I share a recipe from my grandmother, a delicious dessert to accompany the afternoon coffee.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cups Gloria® butter without salt, at room temperature
  • 2 1/2 mangos, peeled and cut
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cups raisin

Preparation

Preheat an oven to 180 ° C, grease two molds for pancake, enharinalos.
Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl. Sift them twice.
Beat the eggs and add the butter little by little, add the flour, mangoes, lemon juice and raisins.
Place the mixture inside the molds and bake for 60 minutes.

PRESENTATION

Serve it in a clay dish.

TIPS

You can strain the mango puree to have a softer texture.
