Have you already thought about the dessert for this February 14? Prepare this delicious and incredible chocolate pancake filled with pink hearts that make it very original at the time of cutting it, it is the perfect surprise to pamper your lover.

Ingredients

  • 3 bars of Butter 90g each
  • 2 cups of non-caloric edulcolorate baking (sucralose)
  • 6 pieces of egg
  • 4 1/2 cups of flour
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cups of milk
  • to taste of Red colorant pink
  • 1 Cup of chocolate molten
  • 1 Cup of cream cheese
  • 1/2 Cup of cream to beat
  • 3 spoonfuls of non-caloric edulcolorate (sucralose)
  • to taste of candied candies from the heart to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    Beat the butter until it is creamy, add the non-caloric sweetener (sucralose) add one by one the eggs, the flour, the baking powder, the milk, beat for 5 min.
    Divide the preparation into 2 bowls, to one bowl add the coloring and to the other the melted chocolate.
    Pour the pink mixture over a tray with waxed paper for 12 minutes. Let cool and cut hearts with the help of a cookie cutter.
    In a previously greased and floured pancake mold, pour a quarter of the chocolate mixture. Arrange the hearts of pink sponge cake vertically and fill with the rest of the chocolate mixture.
    Bake the pancake for 35 minutes or until cooked. Let cool and unmold.
    For coverage, beat the cream cheese with the whipping cream and the non-caloric sweetener (sucralose).
    Cover the pancake with the cheese cover, decorate with the candied hearts.

    Es una pena, la receta es súper vistosa pero no funciona. De sabor es como harina instantánea para pastel, o sea sin un sabor en especial... Y después de una hora en el horno, la masa de chocolate sigue completamente aguada; creció mucho además para luego derramarse... He preparado varias recetas de Kiwilimón y han sido muy buenas, pero ésta no la volvería a intentar... El concepto es increíble, pero en la ejecución muy mala receta... mi único cambio fue sustituir la sucralosa por azúcar porque mis hijos son muy pequeños. Pero no, decepción total, no lo recomiendo 😕
