The chocolate pancake is the ideal bread to accompany any drink or to eat for dessert after a delicious meal.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 175 grams butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 230 grams dark chocolate chip
  • orange zest
  • 225 grams flour, sifted
  • 100 grams raw sugar

Preparation

Beat the butter with the cream until you get a spongy consistency.
Add the eggs little by little, then add the flour.
At the end add the chocolate sparks.
Pour the dough into a previously greased mold. Bake at 180ºC for 45 minutes or until a stick comes out clean.
Desmolda and serves.
