Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1/2 sticks margarine Iberia®, at room temperature
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed up
  • 1/3 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cups Maizena® cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2/3 cups oats, natural, flake
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Beat Iberia® Margarine until smooth; add the banana puree with the sugar and integrate.
Add the eggs, Maizena® Cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder, oatmeal and vanilla.
Beat until perfectly integrate all the ingredients.
Pour the mixture into a previously greased pancake mold and bake at 180 ° C for 40 minutes or until, when introducing a toothpick, come out clean.
Let cool, unmold and serve.
