Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1/2 stick of Margarina Iberia® at room temperature
  • 3 pieces of ripe banana mashed up
  • 1/3 of Cup of sugar
  • 2 pieces of egg
  • 2/3 of Cup of Maizena® Regular Cornstarch
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoonful of baking powder
  • 2/3 of Cup of oats natural, flake
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Beat Iberia® Margarine until smooth; add the banana puree with the sugar and integrate.
    Add the eggs, Maizena® Cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder, oatmeal and vanilla.
    Beat until perfectly integrate all the ingredients.
    Pour the mixture into a previously greased pancake mold and bake at 180 ° C for 40 minutes or until, when introducing a toothpick, come out clean.
    Let cool, unmold and serve.
