  • 1 piece of papaya
  • 1 liter of vanilla ice cream
  • 1 Cup of cassis liqueur (Black currant)

    Preparation

    When the papaya is chosen, the most ripe one is taken, which is soft and sweet.
    In a blender, place the papaya, with a splash of water and / or whole milk, just to grind it.
    On the other hand, remove the ice cream so that it softens a bit and is easy to handle.
    Once having the papaya puree, it is mixed with the vanilla ice cream, it will take an orange color, like the papaya, it is placed in molds and placed in the freezer for 15 min.
    Once they are very cold, or their consistency is firm, serve and place 3 teaspoons cassis liquor on each cup. To decorate a couple of mint leaves can be placed.
