This is an easy no-bake apple pie recipe, so making this dessert for any occasion will be a breeze. Ingredients

6 portions
  • 4 apples, without peel and cut into quarters, for the compote
  • 1/4 cups brown sugar, for the applesauce
  • 2 star anise, for the applesauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, for the applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon, for the applesauce
  • 8 cookies, of oats
  • 2 cups double cream cheese, (cream cheese can also be used)
  • 3/4 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla essence
  • apples, to decorate
  • enough cookie, powder, to decorate

Preparation

In a pot over low heat, cook the apples with the sugar, anise, lemon juice and cinnamon. Cook until apples are soft. Let cool and reserve.
Place the cookies in a resealable bag and with the help of a rolling pin, beat until you have small pieces. Reservation.
Beat the double cream cheese with the icing sugar and the vanilla essence.
Place some of the cookies in a glass glass, then the applesauce, the cheese mixture and repeat the process until the glass is full. Decorate with apples, cookie powder and enjoy.

In glasses decorated with apple and cookie powder.

TIPS
