Ingredients

12 servings
  • 1 3/4 cups of flour for the crust, (220g)
  • 1/2 cup of powder sugar for the crust
  • 1/2 tablespoon of salt for the crust
  • 1/2 tablespoon of baking soda for the crust
  • 1 egg for the crust
  • 2 tablespoons of vanilla essence for the crust
  • 1/2 cup of butter cold and cut into cubes, for the crust (100g)
  • 3 cups of curd for the filling
  • 1 1/2 cups of greek yogurt for the filling
  • 1 cup of condensed milk for the filling
  • 3 eggs for the filling
  • 1/2 cup of flour for the filling
  • 3 tablespoons of vanilla essence for the filling
  • 1 cup of whipped cream to garnish
  • 1 cup of strawberry to garnish

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 °C (356°F)
In a bowl, mix the flour with the powdered sugar, the salt, the baking powder, the egg, the vanilla essence and the butter until you have a pastry dough (Pâte brisée). Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
For the filling, beat the ricotta cheese with yogurt, condensed milk, egg, flour and vanilla extract.
On a floured surface extend the pastry dough to the size of the oven proof baking pan. Roll the pastry dough circle over the roller and cover the oven proof dish, cut the excess dough. Freeze for 15 minutes.
Pour the filling and bake for 45 minutes or until done.
Let cool and decorate with strawberries and cream.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with whipped cream and strawberries.

TIPS
