Ingredients

8 portions
  • 300 grams Great Value® Wheat Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt Great Value®
  • 3 tablespoons Great Value® Refined Sugar
  • 150 grams butter, at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons Water, tibia
  • 1 can cherry filling Great Value®
  • 1/2 cups cranberry
  • 1 tablespoon Orange zest
  • 1 egg

Preparation

For the dough, in a bowl place flour, salt, sugar and add the butter, knead until integrated.
Add the water and continue kneading until you have a smooth dough, cover with non-stick plastic and refrigerate for 30 min.
For the filling, in a bowl add the cherry filling, cranberries and orange zest.
On a floured surface spread the dough and with the help of a round cutter, cut discs, add the previous filling taking care not to reach the edges.
Varnish the edges of the disc with egg and cover with another disc. With the help of a fork press the edges to close, varnish the mini pies and bake for 12 minutes.
