This amazing cake with a crust of Toks® granola and cookies, -filled with a creamy mixture of cream cheese and white chocolate and lots of colorful and fresh fruits- will be the ideal dessert to prepare for your guests. Surprise them with this multi-color fun tart and flavors.

Ingredients

10 servings
  • 2 cups of Granola Mazahua Toks® for the crust
  • 1 Cup of cookie of orange, for the crust
  • 3/4 of Cup of Butter melted, for the crust
  • 1 Cup of White chocolate for ganache filling
  • 1/2 Cup of whipping cream hot, for ganache
  • 2 pieces of cream cheese (190g each) cut into cubes for filling
  • 1/2 Cup of sugar for filling
  • to taste of Vegetable food coloring for filling
  • 1 Cup of grape to decorate
  • 1 piece of Kiwi cut into slices to decorate
  • 1 piece of peach to decorate
  • 1 Cup of raspberry to decorate
  • 3 pieces of cherries in syrup to decorate
  • 1 Cup of blueberry to decorate
  • 1 Cup of Strawberry cut in half, to decorate
  • 1/8 of Cup of chia to decorate
  • 1/8 of Cup of toasted sesame seeds to decorate
  • 1/8 of Cup of pistachio without shell, to decorate
  • to taste of mint to decorate

    Preparation

    For the crust, in a processor place the Mazahua Toks® Granola with the cookies and butter, process until a dough texture is made, place in a rectangular cake mold and press and compact with a spoon. Refrigerate until the butter hardens.
    For the filling: In a bowl mix the hot whipping cream with the chocolate and integrate well.
    In a bowl beat the cream cheese with the sugar, add the ganache and divide into 5 bowls. Color each bowl of a different color: blue, purple, pink, yellow and green. Place your mixes in pastry bags and fill the cake, taking care not to mix the colors. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until well set.
    Remove from refrigerator, decorate with fruit, mint and seeds. Serve and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Decorate your cake with fresh seasonal fruit.

    TIPS

    The mixture of the crust has to be well compressed so that it doesn't fall apart.
