Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1/4 cups cookie
  • 250 grams butter
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 liter evaporated milk
  • 1 kilo strawberry
  • enough jam, of passion fruit
  • 3 apples
  • 5 tangerines
  • 1 liter milk
  • 20 grams sugar
  • enough whipped cream powder
  • enough cherries

Preparation

Chop the cookie and melt the butter.
Pour the butter into the chopped biscuit and incorporate, place the mixture in a mold and refrigerate.
In a pot add the corn starch, sugar, yolks and milk, mix until it is thick.
Take out the mold from the refrigerator and place fruits cut into thin slices. Pour the passion fruit jelly over the fruit and then add the custard and let it cool for 3 minutes.
In a bowl empty the milk, sugar, chantilly and whisk until it is fluffy.
Place the chantilly cream in a decorative sleeve and decorate the tart to your liking.
