Ingredients

10 portions
  • 200 grams cookie, sweet, for the base
  • 100 grams vegetable margarine, for the base
  • 1 teaspoon sugar, for the base
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder, for the base
  • 1 boat condensed milk, for the cream
  • 250 grams whipped cream, for the cream
  • 2 lemons, its juice

Preparation

Grind the cookies and mix them with the margarine, previously softened, until it forms a hard paste. Add the sugar and cinnamon and mix again. We spread the inside of an oven mold with a removable bottom with margarine. We line the base of the mold with this preparation of cookies.
Apart we mix the condensed milk with the juice of the two lemons and the zest of the shell of one of them. Add the whipped cream with care that it does not cut.
Pour the cream over the cookies and cover the mold with plastic film. We take to the refrigerator for two hours, to cool well. We remove from the fridge and unmold. We serve decorated with a slice of lemon or a strawberry.
