Delicious rainbow foot, ideal for any occasion. Children will love it because of the variety of colors and because it has an incredible flavor and creamy texture. Do not wait any longer and prepare it.

  • 190 grams Philadelphia® cream cheese, for the filling
  • 1 on natural gelatin
  • 1/2 cups Water
  • 2 lemon juice
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • to taste food colouring
  • 2 rolls Marie biscuit, for the scab
  • 2 sticks unsalted butter, (90 gr each) at room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • to taste whipped cream, to decorate
  • to taste fruit, of your choice
  • to taste cocoa, necessary amount


Crust: Grind the cookies in the blender or food processor, add the cinnamon, add the crushed butter and add the vanilla to make a dough.
Pass the dough to the mold to stand and cover it to the edges.
Filling: Dilute the grenetine in the half cup with water.
Blend: grenetina, lemon juice, condensed milk and cream cheese.
Separate the preparation into 3 parts: leave one white and the other two color them with the vegetable paint of your choice.
Refrigerate at least 1 hr.
Garnish with whipped cream, fruit of your choice and cocoa powder.


The cream is already added to serve and the fruit can be a mixture of several chopped, the cocoa can be added with a fine strainer, just a touch.


It is not necessary to bake the crust, but if you prefer you can do it 20 min. at 160ºC or until this is the golden one you prefer, if you decided to bake it you should let it cool before adding the filling.

TIP: Al separar la mezcla en 3 partes, deberá refrigerar cada una por 5 min. en el congelador para evitar la mezcla de colores y agregar la sig. porción de mezcla sobre la ya firme, así sucesivamente hasta llenar el molde, dejarlo 1 hr. en el refrigerador antes de servir.
