Preparation
Hydrates the grenetin in the water without stirring it.
Crush the cookies until they are like sand.
Stir in crushed cookies, butter and sugar.
In a refractory for pay, place the biscuit mixture and form a base; refrigerate.
Blend yoghurt with strawberries. Reserve some to decorate.
Heat the grenetine in the microwave or in a bain-marie and stir until crumbling.
Once the lumps of the grenetina have been discarded, add it to the yoghurt mixture and blend for one more minute.
Add the mixture to the cookie base and leave in the refrigerator for 50 to 60 minutes or until it is completely firm.
