This is a dessert full of strawberry flavor combined with the creaminess of yoghurt, easy to prepare and delicious. For lovers of these main ingredients, it is simply perfect, do not hesitate to prepare it and enjoy its flavor.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 liter strawberry yoghurt
  • 1 1/2 packages Marie biscuit
  • 1 1/2 envelopes gelatin
  • 1 cup strawberry, disinfected and without leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 90 grams butter
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 20 grams chantilly cream, to decorate

Preparation

Hydrates the grenetin in the water without stirring it.
Crush the cookies until they are like sand.
Stir in crushed cookies, butter and sugar.
In a refractory for pay, place the biscuit mixture and form a base; refrigerate.
Blend yoghurt with strawberries. Reserve some to decorate.
Heat the grenetine in the microwave or in a bain-marie and stir until crumbling.
Once the lumps of the grenetina have been discarded, add it to the yoghurt mixture and blend for one more minute.
Add the mixture to the cookie base and leave in the refrigerator for 50 to 60 minutes or until it is completely firm.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with sliced ​​strawberries and whipped cream.

TIPS

Try the mixture before adding the grenetina since of wanting it sweeter, you can add more of the sweetener of your preference.
