Rich peach crepes, in addition to rich are easy to make. They are also a rich breakfast.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 3/4 cups flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 ounce butter
  • 2 peaches, finely sliced
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 punnet raspberry
  • 2 tablespoons raspberry liqueur
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 cups raspberry jam

Preparation

Sift the flour, place it in a medium bowl and make a hole in the center. Combine eggs, melted butter and milk, pour into hollow and mix slowly to achieve a smooth dough. If necessary, liquefy or process to eliminate lumps.
Pour 2 tablespoons of pasta into a greased and hot pancake. Cook until browned on the bottom side, turn the pancake and brown on the other side. Repeat with the rest of the pasta.
Heat the additional butter in the pan over moderate heat, add the peach roofs and lightly sauté 1 minute on each side. Fill each crepe with peaches, sprinkle with sugar and roll.
Combine the raspberries, the framboise, the lemon juice and the marmalade in a medium saucepan over moderate heat; Cook slowly 5 minutes.Pass through ta, iz ,, salsear the crepes and serve; D

PRESENTATION

Serve with whipped cream.
