Sift the flour, place it in a medium bowl, and make a well in the center. Combine the eggs, melted butter, and milk; pour into the well and mix slowly to achieve a smooth batter. If necessary, blend or process to remove lumps. Pour 2 tablespoons of batter into a greased and hot crepe pan. Cook until golden on the bottom, flip the crepe, and brown the other side. Repeat with the remaining batter.
