It is a dessert made with a peach base, you will love this peach mousse recipe. I like to prepare it in the hot season and young and old love it.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 can peach in syrup
  • 1 package gelatin
  • 2 packages Marie biscuit
  • 1 stick butter

Preparation

In a bowl, stir the carnation milk.
In a cup heat the gelatin packets and once it has heated add it to the carnation milk.
Butter 4 molds for pie.
Grind the cookies with the butter until creating a dough then put it in the molds, add the mixture.
Put the molds in the refrigerator, let it harden and that's it.

PRESENTATION

You can garnish when serving with the leftover peaches.

Use seasonal fruits.
