Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 teaspoons Margarine Chantilly® Spring Without Salt
  • 2 teaspoons raw sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 4 peaches, fresh, cut in half and boneless
  • 4 cones, in basket
  • 4 balls Holland® Gelato Gianduia
  • 2 cups red fruit, mixture

Preparation

Combine Margarine Primavera Chantilly® with the mashed sugar and cinnamon.
Spread this mixture on each peach half, on the pulp side.
Cook each half of peach on a grill or grill until they are soft and well browned.
Place each half of peach in a cone basket, add a ball of Holanda® Gelato Giandiuia on top.
Distribute in each basket red fruits and serve.
