Preparation
For the filling, mix the peanut butter with the cream cheese and the icing sugar until it has a homogeneous consistency. With the help of your hands, form the balls and refrigerate.
For the chocolate gelatin, heat the whipping cream and dissolve D'Gari® Chocolate flavor gelatin; With the help of a balloon whisk, beat vigorously to break up the lumps, add the chocolate and mix until integrated.
Pour the gelatin into small molds until it reaches ¾ of its capacity and add the peanut balls. Refrigerate 30 min or until set.
Unmold and decorate with toasted peanuts. Serve and enjoy.
