These chocolate baskets will remind you of the flavors of your childhood, prepare this recipe for chocolate jellies filled with peanut butter and do not miss the opportunity to enjoy an easy dessert, made with easily available ingredients and with your favorite flavors: chocolate and peanut butter.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 cup peanut butter, for the peanut filling
  • 1/2 cups cream cheese, for the peanut filling
  • 1/4 cups powdered sugar, for the peanut filling
  • 1 cup whipping cream, for the chocolate gelatin (250 ml)
  • 1 on D´Gari® gelatin chocolate flavor, for the chocolate jelly (120 g)
  • 1 cup dark chocolate, for the chocolate gelatin
  • enough roasted peanut, to decorate

Preparation

For the filling, mix the peanut butter with the cream cheese and the icing sugar until it has a homogeneous consistency. With the help of your hands, form the balls and refrigerate.
For the chocolate gelatin, heat the whipping cream and dissolve D'Gari® Chocolate flavor gelatin; With the help of a balloon whisk, beat vigorously to break up the lumps, add the chocolate and mix until integrated.
Pour the gelatin into small molds until it reaches ¾ of its capacity and add the peanut balls. Refrigerate 30 min or until set.
Unmold and decorate with toasted peanuts. Serve and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

On an extended plate, decorated with roasted peanuts.

TIPS

Grease the molds before pouring the preparation to easily unmold your jellies.
