Preparation
Soak the corn husks for 15 minutes in hot water.
Beat the butter with the sugar until you get a creamy mixture.
Add the corn flour, rice flour, baking powder, pecan extract and the milk. Add the chopped pecans.
Fill the husks with the previous mixture and fold them.
Add hot water to a large pot with a steamer basket, place the tamales on top and cook for 1 hour.
Serve warm and garnish with chopped pecans and chocolate.
