Presentation

Serve with a strawberry or berry coulis, but sweetened with a sugar substitute, to maintain the low GI (glycemic index).

Tips

You can add 1/2 cup of previously toasted oats to the cookie base and remove 100 grams of cookies, making this recipe much healthier.
