Mix: crushed cookies, butter, and 2 tablespoons of water until a manageable dough forms. Line a #20 mold with the same dough. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 180° C or until the tart shell is firm and hard. For the filling: beat until smooth: Cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk, until it is slightly sweet, but not completely sweet.
