For the base, in a processor, place the Mazahua Toks® Granola with the cookies and butter, process until it forms a dough, place the mixture in a rectangular tart pan and press down with a spoon. Refrigerate until the butter hardens. For the filling: In a bowl, mix the warm whipping cream with the chocolate until combined.
