Mix the crumbled cookies and melted butter in a bowl. Then, press into a mold and flatten with your hands to form a compact crust. Freeze the pie crust for 10 minutes. While the crust is freezing, prepare the filling. Use a mixer with the paddle attachment to beat the cream cheese until smooth. Then, gradually add the condensed milk, continue mixing, and add the lemon zest, lemon juice, and blend everything again. Remove from the mixer and set aside in the same bowl.
