For the mixture, combine the cream cheese bars, the can of sweetened condensed milk, half of your whipping cream, and the sugar. Mix very well, then add the lemon juice and lemon zest. Next, in a cup of water, hydrate the gelatin and heat it in the microwave for 15 seconds, pour it into the mixture, and mix. To start with the base, take the vanilla cookies and crush them in a blender or food processor. Melt the butter and pour it over the crushed cookies. Arrange them in the baking dish without leaving any spots uncovered and refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes.
