Preparation
Blend coconut cream, whipping cream, condensed milk and pineapple.
Pour over a refractory and freeze for 6 hours moving from time to time.
Place the pineapples in syrup on a table, with the help of an ice cream spoon add the pina colada ice cream, press lightly to form a sandwich and freeze for 30 minutes.
Dip half the pineapple on melted white chocolate, roll in coconut and drain on a rack, freeze 15 min.
Decorate with cherries and enjoy.
