Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups butter, at room temperature; 1 cup sugar; 2 teaspoons D'Gari vanilla essence; 7 eggs; 1/2 cups sour cream; 2 1/4 cups flour; 1/2 teaspoons salt; 1/2 teaspoons REXAL® baking powder; 1 envelope D’Gari® pistachio gelatin dessert, pistachio flavor, (120 g); 1 envelope D´Gari® vanilla gelatin dessert; icing sugar, for decoration; pistachios, for decoration

For the cake, beat the butter with the sugar until smooth, add D´Gari® vanilla essence, add the eggs one by one, the sour cream, the flour, the salt, Rexal® Baking Powder, and beat until you have a homogeneous and smooth mixture. Divide the preparation into 2 equal parts, add D´Gari® pistachio flavor gelatin to one part, and beat vigorously to eliminate lumps; add D´Gari® vanilla flavor gelatin to the other part, and beat until combined.
