Ingredients

8 servings
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of cream of tartar powder
  • 3/4 of Cup of sugar
  • 1/4 of Cup of pistachio no chopped roasted salt
  • wheat pasta FOR THE BLASTED CREAM
  • 2 cups of whipping cream
  • 3/4 of Cup of sugar
  • 1/4 of Cup of pistachio without salt toasted and chopped
  • wheat pasta TO COVER
  • 2 cups of raspberry washed
  • powder sugar at your service

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 120 degrees centigrade.
    To prepare the meringue prepare 2 baking trays with waxed paper.
    In a deep bowl whisk the egg whites with the tartar cream until they form peaks. Add the sugar and continue whisking to the point of turron.
    Divide the egg mixture in 8 circles on the two baking sheets and sprinkle with the chopped pistachio. Bake for 1 hour. Turn off the oven and leave the meringues in the oven off for 2 more hours. Remove from the oven and remove from the paper.
    In a deep bowl beat the cream to beat with sugar until peaks form. Add the pistachio and mix.
    With a pastry bag fill each meringue of whipped cream with pistachio and place on the cream approx. 10 raspberries

    PRESENTATION

    Serve this delicious dessert decorating the dish with icing sugar.

    TIPS

    It can also be made with other fruits such as strawberries, blackberries, and mango cubes.
