Sift the flour with the baking powder. Cream the cream with the sugar in a bowl using a mixer for 3 minutes or until smooth and well incorporated. Incorporate alternately the flour with the milk, and finally add vanilla and the zest of 1/2 lemon gently with a spatula. Once all the ingredients are combined, pour into a previously floured ring mold. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes at 180ºC.
