Beat the butter until it forms a paste with the sugar. Then, add the eggs, Tres Estrellas® Hot Cake Flour, lemon juice, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and finally, the lemon zest. Beat for 5 minutes or until you achieve a completely homogeneous and smooth mixture. Pour the mixture into a previously greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 180 °C for 55 minutes, cool, and set aside. For the glaze: in a bowl, mix the powdered sugar and lemon juice until you achieve a semi-thick and shiny consistency. Pour the glaze over the lemon cake and let it rest for 5 minutes. Decorate with lemon slices and lemon zest. Cut a slice and serve with a glass of milk.
