My husband loves it when I cook him a dessert daily, obviously different each time; I had run out of ideas and time, so I remembered he likes it tart and sweet, with chocolate, bread, ready, something easy and quick, a lemon pound cake that wouldn't take me long, and he loved it, especially because he likes it with a pudding-like texture, so I made it a bit moist, he barely let me have a taste.

Mix in a bowl flour, sugar, baking powder, and sugar, set aside. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease and flour a loaf pan. In another bowl, whisk together oil, cream, milk, eggs, lemon, and vanilla until it thickens a bit; the lemon achieves this effect in the mixture. Add this mixture to the previous one, gently folding until everything is combined, continue whisking until you notice that the sugar has integrated and there are no lumps. Pour the mixture into the loaf pan and decorate with chocolate chips. Bake in the oven for approximately 45 minutes, or until it passes the toothpick test and has a golden crust on top. Remove from the oven, let cool before removing from the pan.
