For the dough: heat the milk, butter, and sugar in a pot over medium heat, but do not let it boil. Remove from heat, add the flour all at once, and mix vigorously with a spatula until integrated. Place the dough in a mixer with a whisk attachment, add the eggs one by one, and beat at medium speed. Place the dough in a pastry bag with a plain tip and set aside.
