Rich and healthy pumpkin mousse low in carbohydrates. It is perfect for people who crave a dessert, but want to take care of their figure. This dessert with autumnal ingredients will be the favorite of all.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1/2 Cup of Sugar substitute granulated
  • 1 on of unflavored gelatin powder
  • 3/4 of Cup of skim milk
  • 3 egg yolks whipped
  • 400 grams of pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoonful of Ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla extract
  • 3 cookies of ginger

    Preparation

    In a saucepan mix the sugar and gelatin. Add egg yolks and milk. Cook and stir over medium heat until the gelatin dissolves and the mixture begins to bubble.
    Get out of the fire. Mix the pumpkin, ginger and vanilla. Transfer the mixture to a large bowl. Allow to cool for 20 minutes.
    Place the mixture in six small ceramic glasses. Cover and refrigerate for 5 hours or until firm.
    To serve, cover each serving with a half gingerbread cookie.
