Blend the pumpkin puree, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and hydrated gelatin until you achieve a homogeneous mixture. Set aside. With the help of a mixer, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Add the pumpkin puree to the cream and fold gently until you achieve a homogeneous mixture. Pour into small cups or glasses and refrigerate for about 1 hour. For the cream cheese mixture, beat the cream cheese with the sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla. Decorate the mousse with the cheese and cinnamon mixture.
