Preparation
Blend the pumpkin puree, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and hydrated gelatin until you get a homogeneous mixture. Reservation.
With the help of a mixer, beat the whipping cream until soft peaks form.
Add the pumpkin puree to the cream and mix in an enveloping way until you get a homogeneous mixture. Pour into little cups or glasses and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
For the cream cheese, beat the cream cheese with the sugar, the whipping cream and the vanilla.
Decorate the mousse with the cheese and cinnamon mixture.
