Preheat the oven to medium-high heat. Blend cream cheese by hand until smooth. Add the pumpkin puree and stir until just combined. Add the sugar, salt and stir.
Add the yolks, egg, cream and melted butter and stir until everything is incorporated. Finally add the vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and nutmeg. Beat until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
Add the filling mixture to the pre-baked base and cook the pie for 50 minutes or until the center is set.
Beat the whipped cream and add the sugar and cinnamon. Beat until cream is firm.
