Preheat the oven to 180°C. Beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff peaks form. Set aside. On the other hand, beat the yolks with the sugar until they double in volume and change color. Gently fold the egg whites into the yolks. Gradually incorporate the flour, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Add the melted butter and puree, mixing gently until combined. Pour the previous mixture into a baking tray lined with parchment paper, and spread with the help of a spatula. Bake for about 8 minutes or until cooked. Remove from the oven and place on a sugar dusted cloth. Roll while still hot and set aside. For the frosting, cream the cheese in the mixer, add the vanilla and powdered sugar. Beat until fully combined. Unroll the pumpkin bread and spread the cream cheese frosting. Roll it up again and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Decorate with powdered sugar.
