The punch is a hot drink, typical of these times, turn it into jelly, and enjoy it in its cold and different version of this wonderful drink. Accompany it with seasonal fruit.

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 2 liters of Water
  • 3 pieces of cane peeled and cut into small pieces
  • 2 pieces of apple peeled and cut into wedges
  • 1 piece of pear cut into small cubes
  • 5 pieces of guava cut in quarters
  • 5 pieces of Mexican hawthorn
  • 1/4 of Cup of tamarind
  • 3/4 of Cup of prune
  • 1/3 of Cup of Hibiscus flower
  • 2 pieces of whole clove
  • 1/2 piece of piloncillo
  • 1/2 raja of cinnamon
  • 1 on of Crystalline Gelatin D'Gari ®
  • 1 Cup of fruit of season to decorate
  • 2 spoonfuls of apricot jam to varnish
  • 1 piece of Mint leaf to decorate

    Preparation

    Heat the water over medium heat and add the fruit, boil for 20 minutes.
    Add tamarind and prune, Jamaica flower, cloves, piloncillo and cinnamon, cook for 15 minutes more. Let cool a little.
    Strain the punch and mix with hydrated and melted D'Gari ® Crystalline Gelatin. Pour over a jelly mold and let set for 2 hours.
    Decorate with seasonal fruit cut, varnish with jam and finish with mint leaves.

    PRESENTATION

    In an extended dish with seasonal fruit.

    TIPS

    You can add sweetener instead of piloncillo.
