This Venezuelan Quesillo is a typical dessert made from condensed milk, is considered an alternative version of the famous Spanish flan and is perfect to finish a delicious meal.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1/2 cans evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 7 eggs
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cups Water

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180ºC. In a refractory to bake make the candy, using the sugar and water.
Place all the other ingredients in the blender and mix well, until everything is integrated.
Place in the bain-marie oven, covered, about 1:30 or until a fork or knife is inserted clean.
When the caramel is ready, cold and distributed throughout the refractory, pour the previous mixture.
Leave to cool in the oven for 1 hour, then go to the refrigerator and allow to rest for at least 2 hours before dismantling and serving.
