Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. In a bowl, mix the ground walnuts, sugar, flour, orange zest, and one stick of butter. Add the egg and place in an 11-inch tart pan. Press the dough with your fingers to cover the bottom and sides. Place parchment paper on top and add beans (this is to prevent the tart from losing its shape).
