Red Fruit Cheescake

This red fruit cheesecake is very rich and practical, since it is made without an oven. So you can prepare it on any occasion. Surprise everyone with its flavor.

Ingredients

  • 220 grams of cream cheese
  • 200 milliliters of cream to beat
  • 80 milliliters of milk
  • 200 grams of red fruit
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of unflavored grenetine
  • 125 grams of Butter
  • 250 grams of Maria cookie

    Preparation

    Crush the cookies until they are finely ground.
    Melt butter and incorporate cookies.
    Form a base in a removable mold.
    In a saucepan, add sugar, fruit and medium heat, mix constantly, until it boils and then let cool.
    Hydrate the gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes.
    Heat the milk and add to the gelatin, stir until mixed.
    Add the cream cheese, the previously hydrated gelatin, to the fruit, then mix well, reserve.
    Beat the cream to the point of snow, then add to the mixture of fruits, stir in enveloping form.
    Pour the mixture into the mold with cookies, let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
