Ingredients

5 portions
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 evaporated milk, can
  • 1/2 cups condensed milk
  • 700 milliliters Water
  • 20 grams raisin, to taste
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder, to taste

Preparation

Wash the rice and cook it with the water, over medium heat for 20 to 25 minutes.
When it is boiling, add the evaporated milk.
Move constantly to avoid sticking.
Incorporate condensed milk.
Boil for a few more minutes to integrate flavors.
Integrate the raisins.
Decorate with cinnamon powder.
