Preparation
The biscuits are ground and mixed with the melted butter. A new soft paste is formed and in a refractory it is covered with the mixture.
The gelatin is dissolved in boiling water and allowed to cool a little.
Then, whisk in the blender with the evaporated milk.
Since it foamed, it empties into the mold that was prepared with the cookies and goes into the refrigerator to finish curdling.
It is served very cold. It does not get into the freezer.
