Delicious pineapple roasted both on the grill and baked with a rich and creamy vanilla ice cream. This dessert is a simple delight. Where when roasting the pineapple we release its juice and seal it; making in each bite all the juice of this fruit fill our mouth. Try it, you will love it.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 pineapple, candy
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 liters vanilla ice cream

Preparation

Peel the pineapple and cut it along leaving a little of the heart. And then in slices of 2 cm. Melt butter and spread the pineapple.
Grill or heat the oven to 450ºF and put on a baking sheet aluminum foil and on top of the pineapple slices. Brown for 12 or 15 minutes flipping when they are ready on each side.
Remove from the oven and once warm serve in individual saucers with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
