Ingredients

10 portions
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 90 grams butter, in cubes
  • 2/3 cups milk
  • 60 grams butter
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Water

Preparation

We preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Mix the sifted flour with the baking powder and the salt.
Add the butter in cubes and with your hands we gently rub the butter with the flour, until it is perfectly incorporated.
We make a hole in the center and place the milk.
With the help of a shovel stir until you have a consistent dough, and with your hands we finish kneading and incorporate our dough.
We mix the softened butter with the brown sugar and the cinnamon, until we have a paste with body.
On a floured surface, put the dough and flatten with a rolling pin to form a rectangle of about 20 x 40 cm or your preference.
We spread the filling throughout the dough and roll up to form a long roll.
With the help of a knife, we cut the portions of roles we want and arrange them in a tray very close together.
Take to the oven at 200 ° C until they begin to brown, remove from the oven,
Mix the icing sugar with the water to form a glaze and bathe our roles.

En mi caso tardó 30 minutos en el horno, a 2250 m sobre el nivel del mar. No quedaron dorados, pero tienen buena consistencia

yo tambien he visto que las recetas que llevan levadura se dejan reposar pero no sabia que asi seran mas suaves ,gracias por el datosaludoooos!!!

mil grax. jaja saben ya habia intentado esta receta pero fue todo un show jeje.. nunk levanto xk yo le puse levadura.. al final tire todo jeje ahora la intentare de este modo
